Put simply, I would not hesitate to recommend them.  Ours is an old house with more than a few quirky features which were tackled diligently and imaginatively, and with the minimum of disruption.  

I have to admit that I hadn't completely planned every detail of what I wanted doing, but Ben was flexible and accommodating to any last minute requests and changes.  As we were having a new bathroom built and other work done, Ben had to fit around that, and was very happy to do so. 

We were more than happy to allow Ben to have the work that he had done for us inspected as part of his annual certification by the professional regulators, who found no fault with it. 

My wife was at home most of the time, and found Ben and his colleagues to be a pleasure to have around the house.  We went on holiday towards the end of the work and I had no hesitation in leaving them a set of keys.  

I have recommended Ben to an old school friend, and I can absolutely recommend him to you.
